1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Your return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

  3. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@garzashop.site within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If your refund is delayed or missing, contact your bank first. Then, reach out to us at support@garzashop.site if the issue remains unresolved.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if applicable). If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@garzashop.site, and we will guide you through the process.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, in which case we won’t be able to cancel it.
